Why it is here
Private access to the web is part of free speech. Tor is built for journalists, whistleblowers, people living under censorship, and people leaving an abuser. Tor exists so those people can reach an ordinary website without handing that site their home address.
What an exit can see
This relay sees the destination of a connection. It does not see the person who asked for it. No Tor traffic is logged. A copy of this virtual machine will not identify a user, and it will not show where a past connection came from.
If you have a complaint
Include the time, the destination address, and the port. The operator can remove a destination port from the exit policy so this relay stops carrying it. The operator cannot trace a past connection, and cannot sort bad content from good content after the fact.
You can block this one address. Please do not block the rest of the Tor network because of a single exit.
